I am still here, but this academy is falliing apart very fast. If we have any hope of survival I need to get better skills at academy making (Makeing it look better) and we need to go on a recruiting spree and get some good GFX artists.

That is true, we need to find someone good at GFX, other than that my main priority is to recruit members.

I don't think the GFX is of such utter importance. You'll need it eventually, yes, but an active membership is also more important. And since we don't have any GFX'rs available, there's nothing really we can do on that point.
